I made the most Italian Italian soda using Perfy’s Pepperoni Pizza soda and some other special ingredients. While I wasn’t a fan of the Pepperoni Pizza soda the first time I tried it, I realized that the problem was that it wasn’t pepperoni pizza flavored enough. So, I turned it into an Italian Soda…the most Italian Italian Soda.
Here are the steps:
- Make ice cubes with basil and giardiniera relish. Do this several hours in advance.
- Prepare a Parmesan cheese foam with heavy whipping cream, freshly grated parmesan, and a touch of soy lecithin powder. Pour into an ISI canister, charge with two cartridges of nitrous oxide, chill in the refrigerator.
- Paint rim of glass goblet with marinara and roll in a mixture of powdered parmesan and crushed red pepper.
- Add your basil and giardiniera ice cubes to the glass.
- Toast a few slices of pepperoni/salami with a torch. Place in glass.
- Pour until about 2/3 full with Pepperoni Pizza soda.
- Spray the Parmesan foam until overflowing the glass. Dust with oregano.
- Garnish with a Totino’s Pizza Roll and one pepperoncini pepper.
That’s it! Super simple. I hope you enjoy it.
