I made the most Italian Italian soda using Perfy’s Pepperoni Pizza soda and some other special ingredients. While I wasn’t a fan of the Pepperoni Pizza soda the first time I tried it, I realized that the problem was that it wasn’t pepperoni pizza flavored enough. So, I turned it into an Italian Soda…the most Italian Italian Soda.

Here are the steps:

  1. Make ice cubes with basil and giardiniera relish. Do this several hours in advance.
  2. Prepare a Parmesan cheese foam with heavy whipping cream, freshly grated parmesan, and a touch of soy lecithin powder. Pour into an ISI canister, charge with two cartridges of nitrous oxide, chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Paint rim of glass goblet with marinara and roll in a mixture of powdered parmesan and crushed red pepper.
  4. Add your basil and giardiniera ice cubes to the glass.
  5. Toast a few slices of pepperoni/salami with a torch. Place in glass.
  6. Pour until about 2/3 full with Pepperoni Pizza soda.
  7. Spray the Parmesan foam until overflowing the glass. Dust with oregano.
  8. Garnish with a Totino’s Pizza Roll and one pepperoncini pepper.

That’s it! Super simple. I hope you enjoy it.
